As Fersan, we produced our first vinegar in İzmir Kemalpaşa in 1978 with great enthusiasm. We have become the leader in the vinegar industry for more than 40 years with the slogan “People First” and we continue our production at full speed to maintain the leadership. Since we produce our products without chemicals, we are in a more advanced position than the brands we compete with.
